French Kiss is undoubtedly one of the best 45.2 Sun Odysseys to ever come on the market. She is fresh water used only & has the shoal draft keel. From stem to stern, she has been maintained at the highest level. The inventory is extensive & includes highlights such as bow thruster, diesel generator, full cockpit canvas & all new electronics. The upgraded teak package includes both dinette & cockpit tables in teak & the bar module at the mast step also in teak. The joinery work throughout is teak & shows like new. Updated upholstery from 2023, 2 MarineAirr systems.
The hull was awlgripped flag blue in 2017. Cockpit canvas was new in 2022. This luxury cruiser is winter stored in Midland under a fitted winter cover. Also included is a 9.5 foot AB aluminium floored RIB with Yamaha 9,9 outboard. The Lithium batteries were new in 2021 & are fully monitored by a Victron system. Sails are both furling & were replaced in 2012. There is a cruising spinnaker as well.

This model is the 3 cabin layout with the fore cabin being the master stateroom. The 2 aft cabins are mirrored each with a queen size bunk. The fore cabin features an island berth with ensuite head & ample drawers & lockers. The mattress is custom made & new this year. The main salon has the galley running the full length of the port side & has separate fridge & freezer. The fridge is top & front loading. The freezer is top loading only. The stove is 4 burner with oven & broiler. Double stainless steel sinks & a deep dry locker towards the forward end. Corian counter tops. Large deep lockers also run the full length. Both heads have their own black water tanks with level indicators & are larger than original factory spec.
Opposite the galley is the dinette with a midship double seat opposing the starboard side settee. The table is the upgraded teak unit with flip out leaves and storage under. The mid seat has 2 bin lockers & a cupboard facing the galley. Uphlostery is new leatherette from 2023.
The nav station is impressive with large working surface & lots of display room for the extensive instrumentation.
Each aft cabin has ample ventilation & light, hanging lockers & shelves.

Deck layout
A great feature on the 45.2 is the deep sail locker on the foredeck. This is an ideal locker for storing fenders, sails & a rolled up dinghy. Forward of it is the large anchor locker which houses the Lofrans Tigress 2000 wndlass, spare anchor all the chain & rode. A 30 KG Bruce anchor stores on the custom anchor roller. 2 Upgraded dorade ventilators are just forward of the mast. New Garhauer mast mounted stoppers allow for the halyards to be brought back from the cockpit & stored on the mast.
The cockpit is large & comfortable. Teak lined seats & sole, large console with beautiful teak table has storage bin that doubles as a cockpit ice box. Dual helms with leather cover wheels & cover also have full instrument displays. The walk through transom has a hinged door for cockpit security & quick access to the swim platform. Integrated swim ladder & shower. Cockpit lockers under each helm seat as well as large lockers forward of the helms on both sides. All winches are Harken self tailing with the 2 primaries being 2 speed electric drives. Dinghy motor lift & storage pad on stern rail. Dodger & bimini replaced in 2022.
Electronics
Electronics all new in 2021. 3 New Lithium house batteries, new AGM starting battery. High output Balmar alternator. Victron 12VDC Multiplus 120 amp charger & 3000w inverter. Battery monitoring system all by Victron.
Nav station electronics consist of Raymarine Axiom plotter, 4KW HD colour digital radar, Raymarine i70s repeaters, Fusion Apollo RA 770 stereo with Sirius XM receiver. Stereo subwoofer. Raymarine VHF radio.
Helm electronics consist of Raymarine i70s display heads (2 at each helm) & display heads for the p70 autopilot at each helm. Custom engine guages. Bow thruster control joystick at starboard helm. Raymarine VHF remote mic radio. Raymarine Axiom Pro Plotter is mounted on a unique elevating & rotating teak pod at the aft end of the cockpit table.
Starlink satellite internet system with 12vDC power conversion. Original 110v router also included.
