A MI MANERA is a FRESH-WATER ONLY motoryacht. She has been stored during the winters in heated storage since 2019. She has been professionally waxed yearly and always has been professionally serviced by certified marine mechanics.
This is the last year they made the Sea Ray 40 MY (Motor Yacht). She differs from traditional motor yachts in that the helm and aft deck are on the same level. The advantage of this layout is that it keeps the captain in the social center of the boat rather than isolated on a flybridge and it doesnt ignore the comfort and needs of the others on board either.
She receives high marks for her spacious interior and luxurious accommodations. The light-filled salon is accented with high-gloss cherry cabinets, luxurious carpeting and leather upholstery. The sofa makes a bed and the two leather chairs recline. Talk about RELAXATION at its best!
The galley, which is down from the salon level, benefits from the natural light that flows from an overhead skylight and has a convection microwave oven, full size Norcold Refrigerator, plenty of counter space for meal preparation and two burners on the electric stove top.
A MI MANERA is truly in pristine condition, a fresh water boat with twin Cummins Diesels and two large staterooms. The master stateroom in aft has a centerline queen bed, large flat screen TV, a head with separate shower and separate toilet.
In the forward stateroom, there is double bed to starboard with another on port that converts to a sofa. There is also a complete head with separate shower stall.
There are four Reverse Air A/C units (one in each stateroom, one at the spacious helm and one in main salon), each having their own separate personal controls. The PlasTeak flooring at the helm and aft deck look like new! Her hydraulic swim platform makes dinghy or Sea Doo management a breeze. She boasts a great solar panel array on her hardtop, an excellent set of electronics and all the comfort one could wish for.
A MI MANERA is exceptionally well equipped and is ready to take her new family on great adventures for weekends, heading south to the Islands or even the Great Loop.
